All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. GonzoModz will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Please refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.
| | Shipping Policy The Gonzo Modz Company does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Due to shipping restrictions only USPS can deliver to a P.O. Box. Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery of your order after our acceptance. If your package is missing or damaged you must file a claim with the carrier first, in most cases they will contact us for you. **Due to the verification process we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. All modding and repair components are shipped USPS, PC cases are shipped UPS. We reserve the right to override your choice of carrier in this regard.

Return Policy
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Damage from misuse will be denied any credit. Non-defective merchandise may be assessed a twenty percent restocking fee. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no extra writing or labels applied to the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the shipping carton else refused. All shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Absolutely NO returns accepted on any: Clear case, used case, opened software or used PCBs and the like.
